QR Code Verification Scanner Mobile App is a mobile application for scanning and recording information within QR Code on the COVID-19 vaccination record issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and medical exemption certificate issued by medical practitioners. This mobile app is aimed to be used by the relevant responsible persons of concerned premises in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) for scanning and recording information within QR Code on the COVID-19 vaccination record issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and medical exemption certificate issued by medical practitioners.
